Conduct comprehensive examinations of digital and electronic media in a variety of criminal offenses to include crimes against persons and property crimes; examine computer hard disk files, mobile devices, DVRs, etc.; receive, prioritize, and analyze video evidence from various sources; recover audio/video evidence from various devices and media and crime scenes; perform still image captures and audio, video, and image enhancements; convert audio/video formats and prepare audio, video, and images for disclosure and presentation in court; access password protected and secured files; analyze electronic media and operation command files; identify evidence of crimes; prepare and present reports and findings; testify as a witness in court; perform other duties as assigned.
