Forgery/Counterfeiting
Deputies are seeking the public’s help in identifying a black male subject who is suspected of passing counterfeit money at least twice in Harford County.
The first incident occurred on October 22, 2017 at approximately 8:13 p.m. at the Chipotle in the unit block of Bel Air South Parkway.
The same suspect is believed to have passed counterfeit bills at the Bill Bateman’s in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway on October 30, 2017 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
In both cases, the suspect paid for items with counterfeit money and exchanged other counterfeit bills for legitimate bills.
Anyone with information on the crime, or the suspects, is asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
