Cold Case: Quinton “Sparks” Stokes

On Saturday, June 22, 2013 at approximately 10:16 p.m., deputies assigned to the Southern Precinct of the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1800 block of Grempler Way in Edgewood for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies located Quinton "Sparks" Stokes, 24 of Edgewood, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported by Maryland State Police Helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he later died.
