On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, Donald Raymond Tilghman, 38, of District Heights, MD was arrested and charged for his involvement in both Rise Dispensary Robberies.

The robberies took place on March 16, 2021, and November 13, 2023 at the Rise Dispensary in Joppa, MD. Demonstrating a commitment to public safety, Detectives have continued this investigation, spanning multiple years, to ensure the criminal(s) responsible were identified and held accountable.

Tilghman is currently being held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center (HCDC). He was arrested, without incident, on March 5, 2025, in Washington DC, and transported to the HCDC. Detectives are continuing to work the case to ensure everyone involved in both robberies are held responsible for their actions.
