Detectives with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division are requesting the assistance of the general public for information regarding the recent homicide of Rachel Morin on Saturday, August 5, 2023.
Anyone who may have seen Ms. Morin that evening, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM, on or near the Ma and Pa trail off Williams St. and Ellendale St. parking lot, are asked to send information to the tipline. If anyone saw someone who may have appeared suspicious in the area, they are also asked to contact detectives.
