On December 5, 2025, Deputy Filarecki, assigned to the Northern Precinct was called to the Walmart on Fallston Boulevard for a reported theft involving three suspects. Store loss prevention staff stated that two women and one man loaded carts with merchandise and then went to the electronics section, where they requested two PlayStation 5 consoles and three Apple iPads. After the items were scanned at the register, the suspects grabbed the electronics and ran from the store without paying. The stolen merchandise is valued at approximately $1,800.
A good Samaritan who saw the suspects leaving the store captured video, including a license plate number. Deputies were able to confirm the vehicle was registered to China Banisha Woody, 33, with an address in Owings Mills, Maryland.
During the investigation, deputies determined that Woody was involved in the theft, and a criminal summons has been issued for her on theft-related charges. The identities of the two additional suspects have not yet been confirmed.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the criminal activity connected to this case. Anyone with information about the two outstanding suspects is encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Office Northern Precinct at 410-692-7880.
