Responsible for all aspects of the Harford County Detention Center’s Treatment, Health, Re-Entry, Insurance, Value, Education (THRIVE) program to ensure inmates have a seamless, successful transition back to the community. Conduct inmate interviews, responsible for inmate case management including by not limited to transitional assistance, treatment plans, recommendations, and referrals, and assist with integration of courts and community. Solicit all available community resources and seek out available treatment centers for the inmate population.  Perform other duties as assigned.
