Detectives Investigating Non-Fatal Shooting

Harford County Sheriff’s Office Detectives are investigating, and a man is recovering, after a shooting in the Perrywood area of Aberdeen Friday afternoon.

At approximately 1:53 p.m., deputies assigned to the Southern Precinct of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 300 block of Mayberry Drive in Aberdeen for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies located Terrell Wilson, 20, with a Middle River, MD address, suffering from a single gunshot wound to the upper body. Deputies immediately rendered first aid until medics arrived. He was transported to the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment of what is believed to be a non-life-threatening injury. While on scene, deputies also located Maleek Hawkins, 22, also of Middle River, MD suffering a head injury. Hawkins was evaluated by medics. Both victims were inside the apartment at the time of the assault.

The investigation was assumed by Detectives from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division. Investigators from the Forensic Services Unit responded to the area to collect and preserve physical evidence in support of the investigation.

Initial investigation indicates multiple suspects arrived at the apartment and once inside, one suspect displayed a handgun. At some point during the altercation, the weapon was fired, and Wilson was shot. The timeline of events inside the apartment and the details of the altercation remain under investigation. After the shooting, the suspects fled the area.

During the course of the investigation, two suspects were identified and warrants for their arrest have been issued, a third suspect remains unidentified. The two suspects have been identified as, Terel Vincent Hubbard, date of birth 8/27/01, and Knowledge Khary Wallace, date of birth 10/10/99. Both subjects should be considered armed and dangerous.
