Dangers of Heroin and Fentanyl

Spreading the word. Today Corporal Kevin Phillips, from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Southern Precinct, spoke to the media about the dangers of heroin and fentanyl, and his personal experience. Last week, Corporal Phillips responded to an opioid overdose as he had many times and was this time exposed to heroin and fentanyl. Exhibiting signs of exposure, Harford County medics administered Narcan on Corporal Phillips reversing the effects of heroin and fentanyl.
