Harford County Sheriff's Office Investigates Armed Robbery

[April 19, 2013, Bel Air, MD] — On Friday, April 19, 2013, an armed robbery occurred at approximately 8:05 am, when a white male with a bandanna covering his face, entered the Xtra Mart at 2476 Churchville Road in Bel Air, MD. He displayed a handgun and demanded the clerk go to the back room. He then took an undisclosed amount of money from the register and left the building. The suspect is described as a white male, medium build, wearing all black clothing. He fled the scene in a white Ford SUV headed toward Aberdeen, MD. No injuries were reported.

Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information via the Sheriff's Office through Qualifying tips submitted that lead to a conviction may be eligible for up to $2,000.00 in rewards.
