Armed Robbery at Jacki's Intimate Boutique

[March 23, 2013, Bel Air, MD] — On Friday March 22, 2013 at 8:50pm, Harford County Sheriff's deputies responded to Jacki's Intimate Boutique at 1634 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, Maryland for a report of an armed robbery. Upon arriving deputies made contact with the store clerk who told police a white male, 20-25 years of age, 170-180lbs, wearing a black bandana covering the lower portion of his face, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and light colored jeans entered the business. He approached the clerk displaying a handgun and demanded the money from the register. She gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money from the register. The suspect left the store and immediately ran west on the eastbound shoulder of Rt. 40 (Pulaski Highway). There were several patrons in the store at the time of the robbery however they were not approached by the suspect and no injuries were reported. Witnesses reported seeing a dark colored two door Toyota Corolla or Nissan Sentra drive east toward the Hatem Bridge with its lights off immediately after the robbery. The vehicle was parked a short distance away and in the same direction the suspect fled after committing the robbery. Deputies are also investigating if this is the same suspect involved in two armed robberies in Bel Air earlier this week. The Subway in Greenbrier Hills Shopping Center on Churchville Road was robbed on March 20th at approximately 9:15pm and several hours later, at approximately 4:00am on March 21st, the Royal Farm Store at Rt. 543 and Churchville Road was robbed.
